Hello everyone, welcome to my thread on Graphology. This thread shall serve two purposes:
    1. Here is where you can post samples of handwriting that you wish for me to analyze. I will post them here by default or PM the results to you should you request so.
    2. It will be where I notify everyone of future updates and versions of my guides.

Now before I continue, I must first apologize.
My initial course of action was to publish a guide directly onto the forum, but I ran into a few dilemas.

My first dilema was that I would be unable to efficiently update this guide as needed if I just wrote it all on here.

The second dilema is really more of a C.Y.A. measure on my part. I’d rather not disclose this kind of information so openly without a few measures. My current guide is rather tame, so I have no problem letting it be open knowledge, but future guides will most definately incorporate more ominous and red-flag identifiers.

To rectify dilemas #1 and #2, I will for now simply PM a download link to the guide upon request unless someone has a better suggestion. For future reference, if you are a new user who has very little star points if any, or someone I find otherwise suspicious, I may request for a sample of your handwriting first.

    Thank you for reading.
    Sincere Regards,
    Penman Frey.

I’m not really looking for a specific quota of points. But if someone has seldom any, and has seldom posted anything on here, I and I think anyone else would be naturally suspicious.

I’d rather not disclose this kind of information so openly without a few measures.

Why? What’s so special about “this kind of information”? Is it a logical, evidence-based process as you claimed earlier, or just some kind of magic trick?

What’s so special about a gun? What’s so special about having dirt on a high profile person? What’s so special about knowing something that others don’t?

Well the answer to those questions is nothing to be honest. But problems arise when these kinds of things fall into the hands of people we did not intend for it to.

Like I said the guide I made at the moment is pretty tame, but as I update it there are some things i’d rather not disclose so blatantly to the public for a myriad of reasons.

I had an interest in Graphology back in my teens and I even found a few books on the subject, the thing that bothered me was that any two different books on the subject tended to disagree with the meaning of certain written characteristics.

These days Graphology is more typically used to identify who wrote it rather than what their personality is like beyond a few basic traits.

I’ve read through two books on the matter so far. The first described a very broad but systematic approach of the method. Looking at the size, the margins, the zones, the slants etc.

The explanations for each writing trait however was met usually with either a list of similar characteristics, or two or three completely unrelated ones.

The second book I read up on was more about specific writing traits and went more in detail about certain occurances of those writing traits to real life criminal cases and other legal investigations.

I haven’t found a conflicting book yet, but i’ll be keeping an eye out for those details now.

Since I haven’t read up on the subject of Graphology since the 80s and those books weren’t exactly the latest books on the subject at the time, it is possible that newer books have a lot more science behind them nowadays.

I’m no expert but I reckon there has probably been some development in the studies around it.

I was reading an article I found a few weeks ago though. A doctor, I want to day in Japan, was using it as an aiding tool to assess the health of his patients.

I’ll try and find the link later.

EDIT: Can’t find it, but it was about mainly neurologic issues if I remember correctly.
