I’m noticing a lack of a “craftsmanship” or “Study” or “resource” section or forum of any sort. Seriously, I’ve searched this place high and low, and I cannot locate anything like it. If there is a place here that exists please point me in the right direction.

If not, then can we make one?
I’ll try to keep this short and sweet: I like to learn about things. I like to learn about how to do things. And I want to teach other people how to do what I know. And vise versa, i’m sure many of you know how to create or craft things. I’m sure many of you know things that I don’t. And I would like to learn from you.

The common philosophy here seems to push for removing destractions and bringing us back to our roots, but not making the same mistakes in the process. Well shoot then let’s pick up where we left off at. I want to teach people and I want people to teach me. Here are some of the things I can teach you about so you know i’m not just pulling this out of my arse:
    1. How to write as fast as a typer (Yes, I said write, as in with a pencil or pen, as fast…and legibly…as a guy with a keyboard)
    2. I can teach you about the benefits of using fountain pens and the practice of penmanship
    3. I can teach and share with you the resources I use to analyze a person’s underlying personality and nature, man or woman, by looking at their handwriting.

In the Song of Ice and Fire. The Frey family is the most treacherous group of inbred tyrants one would be unfortunate to be born under.

You chose this sigil for your introduction, and troll points. You haven’t been consigned to the litter box. Neither have you been tuna hunted.

    Well the majority has spoken.

I don’t see that sigil anywhere.

Why should I write by hand what I can type? Even if it’s just as fast, it’s messier and my hand gets tired. I can type pages and pages without even a cramp.

Typing by far takes the cake as far as day to day communication goes, I will not even try to dispute that. It’s one of the quickest and most efficient ways of transcribing information from one place to another.

Handwriting on the otherhand is a bit different. A lot of people view handwriting the same way, a medium of transcribing information from one place to the next. Which it is. But that’s not the sole and only value it has. Handwriting is our individualized communication. It’s like our fingerprint. There was such a time before computers and the like were made, were handwriting and penmenship dictated your worth to society.

I’m not saying you should abandon typing in favor for handwriting all togehter. That’s unrealistic and you should never do that. I’ll never do that.

I cannot force nor will I ever ask you to give your penmanship another shot. That’s on you. But what I will ask of you is to hear me out on this: When you type something instead of handwrite it. You sacrifice the intimacy with the message you created, in favor for the masses. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that. And it works for things like essays to your professor or emails to your co-workers. Or heck, even this post. But that’s not necessarily the best tool for every job. What I would like to do, is offer you another tool to add to the tool box.

With all due respect, and I mean that, I don’t come here to learn about penmanship, “craftsmanship”, or “study” ETC.

I come here for my Daily Red Pills.

So you can analyze my nature with a sample of my handwriting? Can I upload an image of my handwriting for analysis?

That’s fair, and I respect that very much. It’s what i’m here for as well. But I personally don’t want to stop there. Maybe it’s because i’m rather young, but I feel like I can do more, and I personally cannot think of a better way to help then to use the resources and time I have gained from disregarding my distractions to help others out and improve as a whole. I’m a nerd that likes to learn if that paints a better picture.

You come here for your daily red pill. I get that. I respect that. And i’m not trying to step on your toes, but that’s not what I want to come here just for. I don’t like what I see around me. And instead of complaining about it. I want to learn about it and do something about it. I’m not talking about just penmanship. I’m talking about anything in general. Or how about the newer members that are innevitably going to join. I don’t know about you, but if i’m acknowleding what is happening around me at my early 20s, who’s to say more people aren’t going to every day?

For the record you are the one complaining
You missed all those posts on knife making, gardening, prepping, cooking, motorcycles, finance, taxes, travel, RV, minimalism and the most recent on metal forging.

I agree we need to have these things, however you’re implying that we don’t, and that is not the case. I would suggest rather than complaining about it you start DIY thread and see where it goes. Ask about how to repair, build or create something.

Read FrostByte’s post a couple times Penman_Frey. Here is a thread for you concerning metallurgy.

Here is a thread I made about raising poultry. Try Cool S~~~ & Fun Stuff. Lots of different topics there.

Do any of you raise poultry of any kind?

I’m complaining about the reality of what I’ve seen happen around me. I apologize if my words were vague to the point that it gave you the impression I was implying that this forum did not have guides and things of the such.

And by all means, if I have a question I will ask without hesitation.

However, correct me if i’m wrong, but there isn’t really a clear cut place to put or make threads that i’m describing.

Yeah, I’m NOT talking about just penmanship either. Most Men on here are actually trying to HELP OTHER MEN through some Pretty LIFE ALTERING S~~~ like: Divorce Rape, Child Custody, Cheating HOE’S that paraded around as Wives for decades, Assimilating the Red Pill to protect US from going down that path again ETC. ETC. ETC.

That’s been brought up before; to add a section on DIY. You would have to suggest that to KM.

I understand that. But does it have to be about all of that indefinately? Don’t you think there is going to come a time down the road, no matter how many years it takes, where men finally start to wise up and not go down that route in the first place? I understand that many of the men here are freed or trying to free themselves of those burdons. But what about those who were able to catch this at a younger age? If they know better, what do you think they will do then?

From my experience, I think i’d dare to say that they will think the way i’m thinking. Which is going back to the idea that men can create and innovate unlike any other being in this world if we are not distracted.

And what’s the best way to go about that? Correct me if i’m wrong, but I think the best way is to learn from others, and how can people do that in the future when there is no specific, or clear cut precedence here to learn from?

I cannot relate to your experienes, so I cannot offer the same kind of help that you do to your friends and brothers. But I would like to do something productive that I know I can do.
